Tasting Notes
Intense nose with aromas of ripe pear and quince, also garden herbs and some banana peel. Strong structure on the palate with plenty of savouriness and good substance, the ripe acidity and alcohol are well integrated, fine rounding in the middle of the palate, a versatile wine for autumn and winter cuisine.
