The sekt Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Hauck has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Weißburgunder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
A fine floral fragrance emerges from the glass, lime honey, subtle yeast. On the palate, the wine is very dry, with a fresh but also fine mousse, the ripe acidity provides tension without becoming aggressive. At the same time, the base of the flint wine exudes a great deal of suppleness.
