The white wine Bermersheim Hildegardisberg Grauer Burgunder Spätlese trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Hauck has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauer Burgunder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Initially still very yeasty, but quickly opens up into typical varietal fruit, pear, honeydew melon. Also peppery terroir tones. In the mouth, the wine has a compact, not exuberant structure, the proportions are classic, dense, but not massive. Has good future prospects!
