Tasting Notes

89+
Tasting from 14.07.2021: Ulrich Sautter

On the nose it shows with fine hints of fruit, gooseberry, blackcurrant, some green bell pepper and freshly cut grass. Well-built and well-balanced Cabernet Blanc with lively acidity and beautiful spiciness, some carbonic acid, not too complicated, but animating.
