Tasting from 13.09.2024: Ulrich Sautter

The nose suggests a certain weightiness. There is a slight hint of green bell pepper, but then a ripe fruit aroma of lemon peel and candied angelica. On the palate, the Cabernet Blanc is seamless, supple and appropriately balanced with residual sweetness. Technically flawlessly prepared, it will not scare away even fruit-drinkers. A little light-footedness would do it good.
