The pét nat »Pet Nat« brut, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Heinrichshof has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Rivaner from the region Moselle in Germany.
Tart apple notes on the nose, apple peel, pear, yeast, herbal and peppery, some marc. Fresh on the palate, vivid and juicy, undisguised, natural without filters, here the "Pet Nat" looks you straight in the face. Beautiful!
