Quite savoury and intense aroma, smoky, some roasted caraway against a background of ripe yellow fruits, gooseberry, yellow plum. Clearly contoured on the palate, taut, lean and with lovely freshness, some carbon dioxide supports acidity nerve, elegant and also charming due to the hint of fruit sweetness, savoury minerality is convincing.
