The sweet and dessert wine »PUREwhite«, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Hillerich has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Roter Traminer from the region Franconia in Germany.
Rich golden yellow colour. Intense aroma of herbal spices, lemon balm, mint, wormwood, aniseed, fennel seeds, candied orange. On the palate with a lot of tension, the alcohol pushes strongly, fine acidity, sweetness is well integrated, builds up savoury drive, individual, good length.
