Shows Pinot affinity when it smells of cherries, a little roasted almonds and blackberries. Plum and elderberry in turn balance the aroma. The fruit is ripe on the palate, the tannins are still fresh and the length is good.
More about the tastingDundee cake, rum pot, dried fruit, spicy components of cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg. Firm and powerful on the palate, slightly closed at the moment, ripe tannins and invigorating acidity. Vibrant and fresh with ripe fruit at the same time. Chapeau!
