Tasting Notes

91+
Tasting from 16.02.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Needs a large glass and air. Cool on the nose, herbaceous spice, dried mint, lemon balm, thyme, sour cherry, fresh, still firm plums, balsamic notes. Dense on the palate with good fruit, elegant with delicate acidity, fine-grained tannins, juicy fruit with a mineral underlay, drinking pleasure with certain ageing potential.
