The sekt »kein Scharlatan!« Östringen Spätburgunder Blanc de Noir brut nature, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Honold has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 88 - 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Baden in Germany.
Fine bubbly mousse, golden yellow colour with pretty reflections, initially closed on the nose, then some minerality, little fruit, cool. On the palate there is high acidity, marked density, creamy mouthfeel not quite drying, very long finish.
