The white wine »So Mookt Wi Dat« Solaris, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut In den Zehn Morgen has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Solaris from the region Schleswig-Holstein in Germany.
Lemon blossom, cassis, grape sugar. In the mouth, the wine has some drive, is very well balanced and with viscous extract, salty, with ripe, well-integrated acidity and well-balanced sweetness. A rich wine with excellent substance and even minerality.
