Tasting Notes

90+
Tasting from 01.07.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Lots of yeast on the nose. A little citrus, slight mineral undertones. On the palate the wine has the typical crisp acidity of the Elbling, a structure that is straightforward and full of tension, but also shows density, extract, even a pinch of phneolics.
