Tasting from 26.04.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Subtly smoky on the nose, pears, apple, white grapefruit, preserved lemon, wet stone, savoury spice, subtle nutty notes. Full-bodied on the palate with lots of juiciness and fresh acidity, finely salty with length, medium-bodied, dense, long on the palate and easy to drink.

Fine yeast aromas, also a bit smoky with herbal, apple, pear and also pomelo notes, bread dough and wet stone. Lean, compact structure, tidy on the palate with nice juiciness and an acidity that brings freshness and maturity. The wine has a fine savouriness and minerality.
