The white wine »Vom Muschelkalk« Scheurebe trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Johannes Zang has been rated in 2016 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Scheurebe from the region Franconia in Germany.
Slightly reductive style, mineral-stony, damp chalk, gradually building up some floral and even exotic notes with contact with air, supple base, restrained sweetness, rather mild acidity, strong alcohol and a full-bodied balance.
