A pale greenish yellow, with a silver sheen. A floral note, a hint of peach and passion fruit, notes of lime zest, a very attractive bouquet. Full-bodied, ripe stone fruit, a refined fruit sweetness, an attractive acidity, with a mineral-salty finish, already mature, excellent ageing potential.
