Clear in colour. Medium lemon yellow. Complex aroma of lime, gooseberry, smoke and clove. A hint of overripeness. Balanced on the palate with precise acidity in a medium body. Slight viscosity. A wine with density, structure and a good finish and certain ageing potential.
