Tasting Notes
Initial maturity on the nose, with roasted, savoury aromas, mint, tomato leaf, some paprika and black pepper. The wine has a supple, almost creamy attack, then shows ripe, fleshy tannins, a lively acidity, fruit, savouriness and tactile mineral notes - the structure has a beautiful elegance, an almost Médoc-like structure with a pinch of Pfalz delightfulness and fullness.
