Delicately spicy and dense on the nose, cool like fresh snow, lime zest, mint, lemon balm, mirabelle plum, apricot, freshly ripened mango, subtly peppery. On the palate there is a lot of drinking flow, juicy mango, ripe apple with a nice interplay of sweetness and acidity, pleasantly tart, fine phenolics, slender in structure, good extract, nice length, would gladly drink a second glass.
