Smooth and pleasant on the palate with a slight sweetness in the fruit, blueberry, wild strawberry. Present wood and vanilla tones already on the nose, the wine has structure, but does not go wide. Skilful extraction and polished tannins, conceivable as a white wine alternative for blue cheese.
