Tasting Notes
On the nose: liquorice, stewed apples and a fine initial suggestion of ripeness. The palate is very straightforward, with a persistent mousse and an acidity that's seamlessly integrated into the body and a hint of Brut Nature. The highlight, however, is the complex, delicately matured finish. Subtle work.
