Tasting Notes
Ripe stone fruit on the nose, such as peach and Mirabelle plum, as well as yellow flowers and a touch of slightly candied mandarin and grapefruit. Juicy and full-bodied on the palate, with a savoury undertone and good density. The ripe, supporting acidity counters the weight of the extract and sweetness. Some citrus fruit emerges from the yellow fruitiness, also a fine saltiness. Goes powerfully through to the finish, and would work well with Asian dishes.
