The red wine »TOP« Eckberg Pinot Noir, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Knapp has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Ripe heart cherry on the nose with some sage, clove and orange confit, slightly ethereal. Juicy, full-bodied and savoury on the palate with good extract and integrated power, ripe acidity, dry and purist, pronounced and ripe tannins, good length.
