Tasting from 22.03.2023: Ulrich Sautter

On the nose: dried orange peel, chocolate truffle, strawberry, sweet cherry and cream caramel. A first stage at maturity. The palate opens with marked texture and smoothness, the tannins are well-proportioned, mellow, yet plastic. They blend well with the full-bodied structure and give balance and depth to the volume. Juicy, slightly mineral finish.
