The white wine »IG« Nieder-Hilbersheim Riesling trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Knewitz has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Slightly peppery on the nose, orange blossom, smoky notes. The palate is hearty and deep, also clearly chalky-mineral, with a tendency towards robustness, but also very rich in content and definitely towards complexity.
