Deep yellow with copper reflections; restrained bouquet, sulfur wood, flint toast; soft attack on the palate, subtle acidity, somewhat salty, pronounced tartness, somewhat hard, rather neutral aromas; short finish. Restrained type, not very multi-faceted, but definitely with structure.
