Tasting Notes

Tasting from 07.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Very clear aromas of lychee and herbs, hints of blood orange and dried lemon zest. Initially juicy on the palate, followed by a silky, supple sweetness and a lively acidity, that integrates well into the sweet and fruity base. An elegant, fine late harvest with good extract and potential for ageing in the bottle.
