Tasting Notes

Tasting from 31.05.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Medium yellow in colour, with powerful aromas of ripe pear, yellow apple, pineapple, mango, toasted notes, and some candied hazelnuts on the nose. This is a powerfully structured and accessible wine that does not skimp on its charms: juice, texture and spice are harmoniously accompanied by some residual sweetness, with notes of crisp pear fruit and some apricot. Has the potential for further ageing.
