Tasting Notes
Youthfully closed but clear fruit, pinot-berry with light floral undertones. Starts on the palate with a powerful softness, then nervousness and tactile minerality gain the upper hand and lend the wine an animating freshness. A hint of silky phenols supports the impression of substance. Salty finish. Brilliant in its unaffected clarity - and very culinary: with grilled fish, white meat, and in warm temperatures even with steak!
