The sekt Sprudeldicke Dirn brut nature, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Lanz has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Johanniter from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Distinct yeasty notes on the nose, followed by ripe fruit of pear and baked apple. Strong, somewhat coarse mousse. Crisp acidity on the palate, consistent. Herbal notes weave their way into the overall autumnal picture. Somewhat rustic and more of a food companion than an aperitif.
