Brightest lemon yellow with a green shimmer. A pronounced aroma of lemongrass and yellow flowers, with quince, yellow apple and a hint of lemon balm in the background. Juicy on the palate, with dancing acidity, powerful on the palate with a radiant fruit core, bitter and slightly salty on the finish.
