Salty butterscotch and creaminess are immediately vivid on the nose. All is preceded by texture and a willowy, bone dry nature, elegantly countered by the finest foam and salted caramel notes. The long aftertaste also reveals the purity of this wonderfully individualistic wine. An achievement.
