Frühe Lese von Chardonnay und Spätburgundertrauben. Spontane erste Gärung und Malolaktische Gärung im Tonneaux aus französischer und österreicher Eiche. Ein Jahr Vollhefelager ohne Schwefel. Nach der Lese Cuvée von ca. 1/3 17er, 1/3 18er und 1/3 19er Grundweinen. Der 19er dient gleichzeitig als Zuckerpotenzial und spontaner Gäransatz für die 2. Gärung. Dann Abfüllung dieser Cuvée bei ca. 24g/l natürlicher Restsüße inmitten der aktiven Gärung. Degorgiert ohne Versanddosage, brut nature. Komplette Produktion ohne Schwefel, Reinzuchthefen, Zucker, Rüttelhilfen etc.

This sparkling wine from Sven Leiner is austere and stony with a hint of ripe apple and nutty spice. The mousse on the palate is fine, and the texture develops a certain opulence without appearing broad. It is a great sparkling wine with exciting aromas.
