Tasting Notes
Toasted sesame and savoury notes on the nose, as well as a touch of nougat de Montélimar. A viscous base to the palate, upon which the texture goes from silky fruit to very vivid phenolic structure, supported by a mild acidity. There's definite texture here as well as depth. Finishes with a chalky note on the tongue. Still very young.
