Tasting Notes
Pale golden. A distinctly clear, fresh spiciness on the nose. Roasted yeasty notes, yellow plum, herbal tones, spring meadow, only a very slight caramel undertone. Opens with clear sweetness, alcohol-power, mild acidity (has a lot of tartar), substance and power are a little side by side, but length and liveliness are already very good. Finally sweet, fruity, with very light candied tones.
