Tasting Notes
Light golden. Apple compote, Williams pear, quite dense, then also raisin, and with air contact becoming increasingly spicy, and with a menthol note. Round on the palate and mildly flowing at first, but then alcohol acidity and texture build up more and more as the palate progresses. It is compact and almost monolithic, there is ripe fruit with a spicy background, and on the finish a strong tactile minerality. It is completely individual, and a bit volatile in the empty glass.
