Some anise and saffron on the nose with herbs and some wood savouriness, ripe apricot, pear skin, pear and stony notes. Spreads out confidently on the palate on a soft base, fine-bodied acidity in a slightly salty environment. Noticeable, finely crafted phenolics, mineral background, good length.
