Tasting from 28.05.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Vanilla and lime blossoms, caramel sweets. Supple, with a taut acidity, a powerful body (slightly astringent), toasted aromas, with a juicy finish. A well-proportioned Chardonnay, not too thick nor too broad, but definitely with an emphasis on wood.
