Tasting from 09.07.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Strong, not yet fully integrated use of wood, with yellow-fruity notes behind it. Multi-layered on the palate, full-bodied extract, firm acidity, wood and varietal savouriness both vivid in the finish, has suppleness and substance, and is still in need of ageing here too.
