Tasting from 30.05.2018: Ulrich Sautter

Red fruit mixed with sage, wood savouriness, juniper berries and wet forest floor. The palate impression is determined by a self-confident acidity that nicely counteracts the volume and sweet fruit extract. Respectable density and length with a finely savoury and slightly piquant finish. Cleanly vinified with a clear expression.
