Used wood, savoury notes of red currant and green gooseberry, also slate-savoury tones, and some bitter almond. Juicy on the palate, mealy tannins in medium density, a very individual Pinot Noir that focuses more on minerality and fruit than on substance. Elegant and gastronomic.
