Intensely mineral, flint, slate, rock powder. Also candied orange peel. Intensely characterised by mineral extract on the palate, sweetness and acidity are both completely countered by this minerality, the finish has a compact, completely introverted character. At this point, the wine seems almost inconspicuous, but the extract is as thick as a fist.
