Dense, profound and mineral-orientated aroma. Ethereal herbs, ripe citrus fruit and its peel, white pepper, lime blossom, great complexity. Smoky, mineral flavours on the palate, juicy acidity with a fine yeasty underpinning, the phenolics pick up speed towards the finish.
