The red wine »Salome« Schmieheim Cuvée trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Lothar Schwörer has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 - 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Mitos from the region Baden in Germany.
Opaque with dull plum-blue hues, highly aromatic nose of sweet black cherries, ripe elderberry and violets. The palate is juicy with a fleshy sweetness, full of power and depth, berry notes, tasty acidity and refreshing tannins, very grown-up.
