Light green-yellow in colour. Fine nuances of orange blossom and zest, with blossom honey, grapefruit zest and a mineral touch too. Complex and tightly woven on the palate, it's juicy and round but with a racy structure thanks to the tingling acidity. There's a fine extract sweetness on the finish with some lemony nuances. Very good length and full of finesse, an incredibly stimulating bottle to drink with great ageing potential.
