Slightly cloudy in the glass with a charming aroma of ripe peach, ripe pears, lime zest, subtle cider and vanilla. On the palate, a gluggable balance of fruit and flavour with a distinctive tartness, slender and elegant with good extract and use of wood, as a soloist or at the table, individual.
