Tasting from 14.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Mirabelle plum, apricot and tangerine on the nose, light-coloured flowers, apple, garden herbs, some leafy green. Balanced, accessible character on the palate, mild acidity, juicy and texture, fine fruit sweetness and savouriness, not too complicated, medium-bodied, typical of the variety.
