Tasting Notes

Tasting from 12.10.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Some yeast, some oak. Almond. Berry fruit. The palate is carried by fine phenolics, the acidity is ripe, some sweetness supports the fruit, the oak maturation gives the palate a structural frame without shaping it aromatically. Good length and good certain ageing potential.
