Bright salmon pink in the glass. Powerful savouriness, dried herbs, raspberry, wild strawberry, ripe rhubarb and fresh reeds on the nose. Round and dense on the palate, multi-layered, fine ripe acidity, juicy fruit on a creamy base with a fine sweetness, carried by savouriness and fine phenolics that provide length. A rosé with character.
