Light golden yellow colour. Fairly ripe fruit on the nose, peach, mango, pineapple, beeswax, some marzipan, also citrusy, petrol. Lean on the palate with lively acidity and mineral tension, juicy, savoury, with citric notes, grapefruit, fine tartness. Can be drunk on its own.
More about the tastingFine and complex aroma. Aromas of passion fruit, lime, ripe yellow apple and wet stone. A slender body on the palate with very lively acidity that cushions these aromas well. Taut and demanding on the finish. An exciting wine.
